What types of appraisals do you offer?

We provide Fair Market Value Appraisals, Specialty Vehicle Appraisals, and Diminished Value and Total Loss Appraisals. The appropriate appraisal type is determined based on the vehicle and the intended purpose of the appraisal.

How long does an appraisal take?

Most appraisals are completed within 3-5 business days from the date all required information is submitted.

Do you inspect the vehicle in person?

No. All appraisals are conducted remotely using photographs, videos, and documentation provided by the client.

What information do I need to provide?

Submissions typically include photos of all sides of the vehicle, interior and engine images, VIN and odometer images, video walkarounds (if available or requested), and supporting documentation.

How is vehicle condition determined?

Condition is assessed using a numeric condition scale (0-5) based on observable condition and market-relevant factors.

How do you determine value?

Values are determined through market analysis, comparable vehicles, condition, mileage, configuration, proprietary formulas (when needed), and professional judgment.

Can I use this appraisal for insurance or legal purposes?

Yes. Appraisals may be used by the client and identified intended users, such as insurers or attorneys.

What if I disagree with the value?

Each appraisal includes one complimentary review if submitted within five calendar days of report delivery.

Will you revise the appraisal if new information is provided?

New material information may be reviewed. Revised reports are clearly labeled and dated.

Is payment required before work begins?

Yes. Payment is required before appraisal work begins and before report delivery.

Do you guarantee the value?

No. Appraisals reflect market conditions as of the effective date of value and do not guarantee outcomes.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. Client information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our data handling policy.

Can you negotiate with my insurer or represent me?

For Diminished Value and Total Loss services only, we may assist by communicating valuation conclusions with the insurance appraiser. We do not negotiate insurance policy coverage amounts or act as a general insurance representative.

Do you offer expert opinions or litigation support?

Expert opinion and litigation support services may be available under a separate engagement.
